Terrible Customer Service

I bought the premium versions of the Spanish and German app. When I had problems with the apps I wrote customer support. When I got a reply it was in a foreign language. I wrote back asking for a response in English and have never received a reply. It gets worse, bought a new iPad, when I logged in all my premium content was gone with no way to restore it. Dont use this app! Certainly dont purchase the premium content.
